I may not order from the Company more than a three month supply of any products. |

The products are for my personal use or the use of a person for whom I am responsible for. |

I cannot resell the company’s products. |

I must properly declare and value the products at the appropriate customs checkpoint. |

I am responsible for shipping costs and all taxes and duties associated with the appropriate customs declarations. |

I may not advertise or facilitate the sale of any product, and |

Violations of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension or termination of my Plexus account. |
