Plexus Worldwide, LLC and Plexus Canada Limited Partnership (referred to collectively as “Plexus”) respect your individual privacy. By visiting this web site (“Site”) or using any of the services offered on the Site, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. 1. Information Collection and Use

This type of information is never linked to any personally identifiable information and is only used in the aggregate to generate statistical reports about the use of the Site.

This site is not directed towards children, nor does Plexus believe that the site will be of interest to children. Plexus recognizes; however, the important safety issues regarding children who access the Internet. Plexus does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children, and is committed to complying with all applicable laws and requirements.

3. Use of Your Personal Information

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Plexus does not sell, rent, or share user information to or with any third party not affiliated with or owned by Plexus, except service providers who may assist Plexus in areas such as data storage. Plexus will never give or sell your personal information to be used for the purposes of sending you unsolicited commercial offers (such as spam) from any third party. We will not ourselves use your personal information to send you unsolicited commercial offers. However, we may need to contact you for purposes other than marketing, as for example regarding the status of the Site, your account or other matters related to your role as a distributor of Plexus products. You may not opt-out of these kinds of communications.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information As Required By Law

We will disclose personal information when required by law, or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on us, (b) protect and defend our rights, or (c) protect the rights, property, and other interests of our users or others.

Plexus takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your information; however, given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We also make an effort to protect your information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store your personally identifiable information are housed in a secure environment. When registering for access to a secure area of the Site, we will ask you to select a username and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. 1.	I may not order from the Company more than a three month supply of any products.
2.	The products are for my personal use or the use of a person for whom I am responsible for.
3.	I cannot resell the company’s products.
4.	I must properly declare and value the products at the appropriate customs checkpoint.
5.	I am responsible for shipping costs and all taxes and duties associated with the appropriate customs declarations.
6.	I may not advertise or facilitate the sale of any product, and
7.	Violations of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension or termination of my Plexus account.
